I'm buying a new video card tonight and i need a little help choosing which one. The current cards I'm looking at that are in my price range are: ATI Radeon 7500 64MB DDR AGP | CARDEXpert GeForce2 TwinView/VIVO Golden Sample 32MB 4X AGP | CARDEXPERT GEFORCE2 PRO/450 64MB GOLDEN SAMPLE W/ TV-OUT DDR 4.5n. The main function i will be using the card for the T.V. out and Twin view in the future. It will be used for minor gaming also. I read that the MX400 T.V. is kind of weak but i haven't read up on the ATI card yet. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out. It would be much appreciated, Thx.

Another note: My budget ATM is around $150.

Though I suspect many might disagree with me I'd personally definitely prefer the ATi Radeon 7500 over any GF2 Pro.
It's marginally faster in most cases, and you get better DVD, a slightly better feature set, HydraVision is much better implemented then nVidia's TwinView IMHO, and you get ATi's surperior 2D visual quality.

The 2D aspect may not be as much of a factor though, as Gainward is generally pretty respectable in that area, and while I believe Gainward's card is probably the best of the GF 2 Pro's I simply think the R7500 is a superior solution all around.
