Help programming my Databasics Ad-liner LED sign

Hi, I bought a Databasics Led sign with keyboard model-Ad-liner at an auction. I can't locate the company which was in seattle WA or manual for programming it. I figured out a few thing on it, but i want to learn how to use the full functions of it. This is just a shot in the dark, but if anybody knows how to use one of these or how to locate an old manual or just any tips would be great.

lacking a manual ... how about pics - of the interface (keyboard) and the circuitry ?
