Help, progman.exe menus/options

Can anyone tell me what the default options/menus are available when booting up XP with progman.exe rather than explorer.exe ?
 
Not sure what you are looking for but you can run most things from the run line. For example, to get to Add/Remove type: control appwiz.cpl.
 
No, but it's easy. The progman shell loads the old Program manager window from 3.x. There aren't many menu commands available. The run line isn't called run here, I believe you get it by clicking File > Open.
