HELP!!! Problems with PSU and Voltage

Hey guys

I had an Enermax 300W PSU with my EPox 8RDA+ board. My +3.3V was only at 2.62 and a friend told me it's because Enermax PSUs doesn't have any pots and therefore can't provide sufficient power for the +3.3V.

I then went out and bought an Antec TruePower 430W power supply, because he told me that it has 2 pots and would work really well with my EPoX board.

However, I'm still only getting 2.62 on my +3.3V on MBProbe and it's making me worried. I know it should be higher, but I don't know what I can do to make it so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Why is it only 2.62? Everyone I've asked personally tells me it should be higher. So I just could play with my BIOS settings for RAM?
