*Help* Problems with my new RICOH 8x8x32x Drive!!!

Ok, I want to burn an ISO file. I used easy cd creator, but the option to Create cd from CD image is grayed out. I don't know how to use Nero, but I screwed up a CD trying to burn it. CDRwin don't seem to support the drive (is there any firmware or patches I can install?) either. I can burn music or normal data CD's fine, but I can't burn ISO's.. is this the Drive's fault? I can probably exchange it for a SOny 8x4x32 (this is a 8x8x32 drive) drive.

Please help... I'm going nuts over here.
