HELP problem with receiving FAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK here is my problem, or my Dad?s actually, he uses Microsoft messaging to get his faxes, a couple days ago he installed Netscape 4.72 and after that when you click on the Inbox, which is what Microsoft messaging is what the desktop icon calls it, it would pop up the loading screen then the screen would go away but it would not start the Inbox, no matter how many times you tried. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what the problem is?
