Just got a Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939 with an A64 3000+. Popped in my 4 sticks of Corsair RAM, all XMS 3200 256MB same model but different versions. Booted up and it shows only 512MB?? Switched the pairs around, same result. I've tried a whole bunch of combinations and the board never recognizes all 4 modules. When I try 3 instead of four, then only 1 module shows up. Using 2 works fine as long as they are in the same channel.
I've even tried clocking down the memory to 100 and nothing changes. I know there is an issue with using 4 dimms and the A64, but I thought it just clocked down the memory.
