Help! Problem with links!!!!!

Hi, I have a web page that uses content from a Web content provider (ISyndicate, shameless plug) Problem is when you click a headline it takes you to the article leaving my page in the dust. I want to have all links on my page open a new browser with a small frame on top and the target of the link on the bottom. Similiar to the way you click links in Hotmail or Netscape, you are showed the target of the link without actually leaving the site. Any help would be appreciated.
