HELP! Problem with Filetype 'File Folder'

I don't know what happened but my file type for 'File Folder' (Control Panel ---> Folder Options ---> File Types) got messed up. Now every time I want to open a folder, it opens up the search box. I now need to manually right click and hit 'explore' to get into my folders. The only actions currently listed for the File Type are:

Enqueue in Winamp
Play in Winamp
Add to Winamp's Bookmark list
find

I need to know what program in windows system opens folders or does anyone know how to fix this??? HELP! Is there anyway to reset the folder options?
 
Control Panel ---> Folder Options ---> File Types - Choose Folder from the Registered File Types list and click the advanced button on the bottom to change the behaviors IIRC
 
Sometimes Windows thinks one of your keys (Shift, Alt, Ctrl, etc.) is stuck down and that causes weird things to happen when you click. Try tapping each of those keys a few times and try opening the folder again.
