I ordered a Hercules Game Theater XP, it was supposed to arrive today.
UPS came and the package was a pre-school, plastic bowling set. I thought it could be the Game Theater in a weird shipping box but I picked up and shook it; it was big, but light, and it sounded like loose plastic parts. I refused the package.
Was I supposed to refuse the package? what do I do now? how do I contact Amazon.com? I went through the 'return item' wizard but it looks as if I should have accepted the package and returned it later. TIA.
