Help! Printserver can't be detected with TCP/IP

Hi, I recently bought a linksys printserver the model number is EPSX3. I run a small network using a Hub and running the NetBeui protocol for my file server. I am having a lot of trouble setting up my print server. Using a program provided with the Linksys printserver, I am able to find the print server using the NetBeui protocol, but not the TCP/IP protocol even though I have enabled both protocols on the print server. I also cannot access the printserver using it's IP address in Internet Explorer. I am pretty sure I set up compatible subnet masks and IP's for both my computers and the printserver. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Please help. THanks
