Hi all,
I have a HP Laserjet 1012 and I was trying to print some envelopes from Word 2000. I have about 70 of these to print and they are all in one word document. I hit print and it spit out the first 7 or 8 fine. Then instead of printing what I wanted on the envelopes it started printing one of the summary pages that printers can print out when you're testing them (you know the ones that tout how many pages they can print a minute and what the dpi is etc.).
I tried turning the printer off then turning it back on. I then sent a single envelope to the printer to test it out. It printed fine. So I tried doing five more and it started printing that summary page again!
Any ideas on what is causing this?
