It's an evga 580 superclocked. Was playing bf4 this morning and it hard locked. Had to reset. At boot there were lines going across the screen. Wouldn't boot into windows. Would boot into safe mode. Removed all drivers. Still no boot. Tried a different pcie slot, psu and completely different system. All same behavior. Wanted to try to mess with voltage and downclocking but can't get afterburner/precision to work in safe mode and can't get into normal win7.
Issue looks like a cross between these pictures.

Bought it in early 2011 I believe so it should still be under warranty but the worst part is the sticker on the back has fallen off somewhere along the way and Evga says they can't do anything without that sticker.
Can't exactly afford a new card. Wedding in Feb. 2014 and all money is going to it atm.
Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated!
