ok so I am forwarding a port for bitcomet to make it download faster..

so I know which port it uses, my question: what do I use as the IP address? how do I get this IP address?
 
The LAN IP address of the computer running bitcomet. Run ipconfig in a command prompt box.
 
Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all > forward the port # to the IP Address shown

Hopefully you're using static, not dymanic (DHCP) addressing...
