Several things, first, thanks those who were patient and helped out. As mentioned above, turning on demanding settings and eye candy on demanding games can be very detrimental to performance, even with a mid high end card like the GTX 770 and good hardware. Keep in mind, modern games at certain settings and resolutions can require more than one of even the best GPU available.
54 FPS avg is pretty good, want a bit higher, with higher min and closer to 60 solid or above? Turn settings down slightly, and try OCing your 2500k!
One last thing, and this is important for everyone but also me being very generous with this warning for all. Please avoid posting nonsense in threads, and any thread crapping, in these kinds of situations where a user asks for help but may not provide pertinent info. Instead, try to help, and explain how he can help you help him...DO SO KINDLY please, or not at all.
And remember, try to post meaningfully and thoughtfully.
