hi, i have an intel celeron 400 system with intel 810 chipset. the problem is that whenever i overclock my FSB from 66 to 75 or 83 my soundcard dissappers without any info in the OS or any where else. the sound card is onbaord and it is Crystel WDM CODEC.plz help me i,m lost ... the other prob. is that whenever i switch on my PC. ilose my phone tone and it becomes dead. there is no prob. with the phone line or the wires. i have to rewire it for bringing it alive .... PLZ PLZ PLZ Help a pour soul..

when you OC the FSB, it affects every components of your computer. Your soundcard just can't handle the increased FSB. So either tune down on your OCing, or get a new sound card.
