why does my computer keep restarting after i clock it to like 138 fsb?

MY CPU CHIP: AIUHB
motherboard ecs l7s7a2 ...
antec 400w dual fan power supply
256ram pc2100 ddr
amd xp2100 + volcano 11
radeon 9100
80gig hd
and some other useless crap..

It's most likely your RAM... see if your motherboard has the option to change the speed of the RAM... if not, you could try increasing the FSB to 166... sometimes motherboards have dividers for the memory, and a 4/5 divider will kick in at 166 and let you run the FSB at 166, and the RAM at 133 still.
