Pardon the intelligent reply but.. Huh?
If I read this correctly, you've got a Netgear router that you're using for normal Internet access management - Between your network and the Intneret. Somehow, you need to connect a Linksys running Satori to it, as well? Are you trying to make a multi-layer router setup? i.e. client -> linksys -> netgear -> Internet?
IF so, just hook up the WAN port of the Linksys to one of the normal switch ports on the Netgear box. Configure the Linksys to use a different IP subnet than the netgear and all should be good. Caveat being, of course, that anything behind the linksys will be able to access anything behind the netgear, but not vice versa without port translations or a DMZ host setup on the Linksys.
If I didn't interpret this right, please explain what you're trying to do a bit more fully.
