I have a @home cable i just bought a toshiba PCX1100U cable modem and the came in and setup up it worked for 2hr and went down ...
I have a netgear cable/dsl router ( eveything was working ok before )
router is not able to see the cable modem
all our lan is working .. ok
if i plug the modem in on one computer it work is usb or ethernet..
i try setting up manual on router ip and stuff >>> does not work
i have try the DHCP and there is no ip there.. ..

You have to enter the host name that you were assigned, I think all of @home is cx???????-?. Then you can jsut use DHCP and it will assign your IP, DNS, etc.. You also have to make sure that you have the cable modem plugged into the WAN port on your router.
 
It in the internet port on the router.. ..
and i have all the """"""@home is cx???????-? """" setup on it..
the thing is it was working for 2hr after they install cable modem on the comptuer..
