Help Please! Will a AsRock P45TS-R work with a Pentium4

I have a Pentium 4 Prescott socket 775

And I would like to upgrade my Dell mobo and buy a Asrock P45TS-R and they say it works with..

LGA 775 for Intel® CoreTM 2 Extreme / CoreTM 2 Quad / CoreTM
2 Duo / Pentium® Dual Core / Celeron® Dual Core / Celeron®,
supporting Penryn Quad Core Yorkfield and Dual Core
Wolfdale processors

Newegg say it works with a Pentium

Can anyone confirm it will work with a Single Core 3.0 Pentium 4 Prescott

Seems they list all the supported CPUs for every mobo
