HELP please! video card problem

Ok my videocard was working fine last night but then for once in the time i left it on all night idle to download things i turned it off and woke up to fine it messed up with artifacts in the bios screen and everywhere it goes.

Anyone know how i can fix this?

Looks like it is shot to me. What vid card is it? Is it overclocked? Is the fan on it working?
