Help please, Surround Sound Setup question 6.1

I remember reading somewhere that there is a dvd that helps you setup your surround sound system. To help get rid of small problems like to set the milli-second delay for your surround speakers so it does not sound echoey.

Anyone know where I can get one of these?

Thanks

There are calibration disks like "AVIA guide to Hometheater" and "Digital Video Essentials", but I don't know if they deal with delay problems.

My receiver has a self calibration program to test for delays.

Does your receiver have distance settings for your speakers that you can set manually?
