Help please Messed up system bad...

I have the following
kk266
512 mb ram
30 gig hd
ti4200 128 meg
Win XP Pro
I installed the new vid card and was having some trouble...I did a dumb thing and installed the latest 4in1 drivers from via...It didnt help so i did a sytem restore from 3 days ago...Now my system boots to windows but has no task bar at the bottom and i can only access things by using cntrl+alt+delete...I tried to reinstall xp but it just hangs after the intial start up (go to black screen doesnt come back)...
Please Help
I dont know if there is another way to re-install xp

You may have to put your old vid card in to get it going. I have heard of Ti4xxx cards hanging at install of XP.

Thanks that let me repair windows but 4200 still crashes to desktop
I guess I have to reformat and re-install.
