Help please for converting dmg files

I'm trying to make use of this dmg file so that I can mount it on my Windows XP system. I've tried dmg2iso.exe but it doesn't seem to work and I have typed up a few lines in the commant prompt and it says syntax error. I've tried many other programs too and I'm out of ideas so any help is appreciated.

If you can't do it with dmg2iso, I would suspect that it's a bad file. Either that or someone gave it the .DMG extension but really isn't a dmg image file.
