Help Please!! Best Plasma TV under $1,000?

I am looking to satisfy my crave to watch Blu Rays, and Game on a Plasma TV, with the following or close to requirements:
50 inch screen
1080p resolution.
600 hertz


I don’t care for online connectivity, networking, 3D and, shiz. I just want to get the best possible picture, to match its performance for under $1,000.

So far these are my top choices, though barely breaking bank.

LG60PZ550 with 3d glasses is $1299 man? 60 inch - and a very nice screen I have the older 60PK950 and it is the shiznit but i'm coming from an old IPS westy 42W2 .

You should be able to get a Panny gt25 for the same price or less as the g20.

I've seen the 50G25 and GT25 on sale at Fry's for under $1k

if its going in a dark room get the LG, if the room has windows get the Panny

IMO, Sammy > LG, although I've seen some nice LG's.
