Help Please: A7N8X Logo, then nothing

I would really appreciate any help !!

I got an A7N8X deluxe yesterday. I installed everything as per the manual, but when I power the machine on, it gives me the ASUS A7N8X deluxe logo with the two option of pressing TAB or pressing ALT-F2.

Unfortunately, that's it. It doesn't move from here; its frozen. The KB is frozen too (all the lock lights -caps, scroll etc- are lit up) and I can't get beyond this stage.

My Specs :
Athlon XP 3000+
A7N8X deluxe
Gigabyte Maya II Radeon 9700 Pro
1 GB Kingmax DDR 400
WesternDigital 120GB harddrive.


Please help !!!😕
