Hello,
I am new to this forum and I need help picking a graphics card. I am running il2 1946 fully patched, and I have 3 monitors 2 with native resolutions of 1280x1054 and 1 with a native resolution of 1024x768. my computer has a clock speed of 3.02 and a Lenovo ThinkCentre M83 10AH desktop (shown below) I am looking to spend less than $100 on this. Thanks a million in advance.

Good news, your CPU is fine for any graphics card.

Bad news, GPUs are overpriced as hell. $100 Won't even get you a 1050, unless you manage to get one on special, and that performs about as well as an ancient HD 7850

hello and welcome to the forums.

i looked up your computer and it seems to have a i5 4570 @ 3.2 , with 4gb of ram memory.
https://www.cnet.com/products/lenov...re-i5-4570-3-2-ghz-monitor-none-series/specs/

The system requirements for that game are very low for todays standards.
Pent 4 @ 3.0 with direct X 9 video card with 128mb of memory.

I would think the Intel integrated graphics that is built into your i5 4570 cpu would be fine.

If its a graphics card you want, @ 1280x1024 resolution, a cheap gt730 will be more than enough.
I chose this card because i'm guessing you need DVI or VGA outputs for your older monitors, it also has hdmi.

Edit: sorry I just looked further into your computer and it looks like a card will not fit, I could be wrong, but that's the way its looking.

The spec list for the m83 10ah shows options for an hd 8570 or gt 620 so i imagine any half height card should fit. The psu is a 240w and the 8570 in the spec sheet is 40w. So you could go with one of the above recommendations, or maybe look on ebay or something for a gtx 750 low profile/half height card if you want to play more modern games

I still play IL2 1946 patched. It does not need a powerful GPU, even at 2160p!

Below 1440p, your Intel iGPU is enough for this game.

You're going to need a low profile PCI express video card for that PC. You'll also need something power efficient, because of the small PSU in those Lenovo SSF workstations.

I'd go with a GeForce 1050 low profile video card. It's $130, but it's modern generation card that should last you for a few years. You should even be OK if you upgrade to a 1080p screen later.

(Notice that I didn't say GeForce 1050 ti. Those are insanely overpriced right now because of cryptocoin mining)
