I have ordered from them many times. Very good company, on par with Newegg.

If it's a good 350W it may be ok, 400W would of course be better.
 
Go for the 6800 GS.......I just sold my 2 eVGA 7800gt co's and picked up a eVGA 6800gs co and put $400 back in my pocket and running BF2 like silk........runs good....very happy with my new card. Sure it don' t bench like the SLI setup but who cares...I like playing BF2 better!
