Help picking a Motherboard 1.8 volt issues

I am confused about this 1.8 voltage warning showing up on all the motherboard specs.

I have a Core 2 duo 6600

1gbx2 Kingston KHX6400LLK2/2GN 2.0 v 4-4-4-12

this memory is specifically noted on MSIs webpage in the warning... but they dont say it doesnt work. What i understand is that most of the P965 motherboards will only boot at 1.8 volts and you may be out of luck unless u have some other memory to start the system on and set it manually to 2.0 volts. I dont have any extra memory so does anybody know what board will post and not have an issue with my memory?
