Help Picking a Graphics Card

I am building a computer, but I am new to this. I am having a lot of trouble picking a graphics card. I want my computer to be able to run Autodesk Inventor 2015. The Graphics card requirements for this program, as listed on the Autodesk website, are MS Direct3D 11 and "512 MB or equivalent." But none of the cards Autodesk suggests are compatible with my pcpartpicker.com build. I'm told not to worry about what speciffic cards Autodesk suggests as long as I get a card that meets the requirements, but would still like help picking the best card

Can anyone suggest a cost-effective card(s) I should look into. I'd also like to be able to play some games like Skyrim and Planetside 2, but games aren't a priority. I'd prefer not to spend over $200 on this, but I'll go over by a bit if it means better quality.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
