What do you all think is a better cooler??

Thermalright Silver Arrow Extreme Or Phanteks??

They will be used to overclock a 3930K to 4.5Ghz 24/7.
 
After owning a Phanteks PH-TC14PE, Silver Arrow SBE and a regular Silver Arrow, I'd say they're both great coolers in terms of performance. For ease of use, I'd say The SA-E fan mounting system is kinda flimsy, especially when compared to the Phanteks PH-TC14PE. Mounting the cooler is also a little less intuitive when compared to the Phanteks, but it's not difficult at all as there are no spring-loaded screws like in the past, lol.

If there is one negative about the Phanteks it would that I found the fans to be too noisy so I got the TY-140 fans in black and white to go with it. Now I'd say I have the setup I always wanted.

Either way, it's fine overall though.
