Help pick correct gskill RAM for E6300 System

I am building a new system based on:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300

and

ASUS P5W-DH

I do plan to do some overclocking, although nothing super extreme. Reading through the forums, the g.skill ram is getting some good reviews, although the topic of RAM in general can be a little overwhelming.

suggested to look for "Go with the cheapest DDR 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings."

This led me to the following:

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231065

I also came across:

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231090

Which can run at slightly higher voltage setting but have different timings ( 3-4-3-8)

Do either of these look like a good match for my system? Based on what I have been reading, I believe they are, but I wanted to get some input before I purchase.

If not, any suggestions?

thanks in advanced...

If you want the best the HZ stuff is the way to go, with the black heat spreader ... you gotta pay for it though ... 😉
