Help pick between these two mobos

Ok im building a new system for crysis and ive got a 5000 am2 cpu. I just have to pick between two mobos.

Im gonna be using 667 ddr ram with these mobos

I hope you mean DDR2 and not DDR.

Anyways, one of those boards is a micro ATX. Unless you need that form factor for some reason, you may want to consider the full size version of that board instead.
