Hi, I'm looking for a new TV, something up to 400$ range, 32' and good picture/sound quality.

What do you guys recommend at this price?

Digital cable and watching movies from an USB stick.

They don't bring Vizio in my country.

I can choose from one of these brands: Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, Phillips, Sharp, LG

I would guess you'll get a little more TV for the money from Phillips/Sharp/LG. I would just get the cheapest 40-42" 1080p 120Hz one out of that group I could find. I'm sure the sound will still suck, try to find a cheap sound bar when you can.

If you'd have to choose between these 4 models which one you think it's the best?

Personal experience:
From what I've seen the Sony has the best/smoothest HD picture. Panasonic has slightly better colors and SD picture. The Samsung is cheaper, has better sound, but noticeably worse HD picture.

The plasma looked the least impressive of them. It's also not fullHD and the pixels are visible to me from about 2 meters. The plasma had by far the best colors.

From what I've read on the net the plasma is very highly acclaimed, with the general consensus that it looks much better at home (vs showroom) and it's also much better than any LED at this price.

I really don't know what to pick.
