Help! PC will not power up!

Well, it's an Asus a7n-266 c motherboard with a 350w Antec PS.

About an hour ago I noticed that somehow the soundcard had popped out of it's pci slot when I was jiggling around the speaker wire.. I had never bothered to screw it in.

Well, I powered down the machine, reseated the sound card, screwed everything in, and went to press the power button and I got nothing. No fans turned on, the power supply didnt whir up.. nothing. But, the green OK Led on the motherboard that lets me know the motherboard is getting power was brightly lit up.

I tried taking all of the power out of the machine and letting it sit for a while..

Plugged back in the power cord, the green led lit back up, hit the power button.. nothing.

Then I unplugged eveyrthing, took out the ram, took out all the cards unplugged all the various connections.. put back in the power cord, watched the green led light up, pushed the power button, and got nothing.

Then I tried to unplug the power switch from the motherboard, put a grounded piece of metal between the two power pins on the mother board.. and got nothing.

So what could be wrong? The motherboard is getting power as seen by the green led, but nothing is turning on. Is there any possible way to check to see if something is indeed wrong with the power supply?

Ugh.. sadness.

Would it be too far-fetched to suggest you weren't grounded when you screwed the sound card back in and fried everything?

Edit

Borrow a ps from someone?

Yeah, just tried that.

Seems the power supply is fragged. Still under warranty so I am going to go ahead and try to contact Antec and tell them it just died on me for some reason.

So strange that the led on the motherboard powers up though but not anything else when the power button is pressed.
