HELP!!!! Payroll question

I was bumped down to part time from working full time at work. At kmart, our payroll runs from Thursday to Wednesdays, as opposed to the traditional Sunday through Saturday.

I have my hours of employment for the past 10 weeks that i have to report to the unemployment office, but they require that the hours are based on a sun-sat schedule. How do i convert them? Just figure how many hours i worked in that week, divide by 7, and just base it off of there?

For example...

I worked these hours with the date posted being the last day in the payweek:

Jan 28: 24.75
Feb 04: 21.5
Feb 11: 30.0
Feb 18: 40.0
Feb 25: 12.25
Mar 03: 31.0
Mar 10: 19.0
Mar 17: 15.5
Mar 25: 25.75
Mar 31: 26.75

BUT i need the hours for the following dates (again, the day being the last day in the work week)

Jan 31
Feb 07
Feb 14
Feb 21
Feb 28
Mar 06
Mar 13
Mar 20
Mar 27

How do i do this?????

If you work the same hours every week, it's the same. Each week still contains the same days, just in a different order (sort of).

edit = I read it wrong. If you dont have the hours so you can recalculate, then I would just write in the same numbers as if that were right.

Have you asked your employer if they can print out a timecard recap?

That was part of the problem too...some days, i'd work 4 hours, others 5, 6, 7 and 8 hour shifts. I'm so confused

It's going to take a LONG time to do that, and unfortunately, the unemployment office needs these numbers sooner than later.

Then you may want to ask the unemployment office what the alternative is or if you can estimate the hours.
