i scheduled a pickup through paypal for a priority box to get picked up but no one came? is this normal? and how do i check to get it rescheduled or file a complaint to get this issue resolved?

any suggestions?

 
just schedule another pickup.

they usually come early in the morning. like 6:30 - 7am ish, atleast from my experience.
 
ah crap i thought they would come when normal mail delivery comes. so usps pickup is seperate from the regular postal carrier???
