HELP - Parts per Billion!

I'm trying to solve this engineering problem, and I can't figure out how to do it. I have 7.48g of lead per liter of water. I have to convert it to parts per billion. I have never done this before, and I have no clue how. Please help.

ppm = mg/L (milligrams per liter)
ppb = µg/L (micrograms per liter)

But, your problem is easy, you just need to convert grams to micrograms, which would be
7,480,000.00 µg

and then your ppb would be 7.48 x10^6 ppb Lead in water
