***HELP*** Palm PDA Experts - WTB - WiFi-mp3-PlanPlus 2.0 capable palm

Very happy Palm m500 user, looking to converge some devices.

Basically I refuse to have a palm, cell phone, and an mp3 player as three or more devices. Its just silly, I lose stuff.

I like my m500 But really want to listen to mp3s, and am very tempted to get a refurm iPod 10gb. BUT - I see the Sony Clie PEG-tj37 is WiFi capable and plays mp3s. Its more expensive and I have no other use for sony memstick, but its tempting.

My concerns areL\:

A) Sony is getting out of the PDA biz, will I get screwed?

B) Franklin Covey doesn't officially sell a Franklin Planner version of Sony Clie PDA's, but I don't see why it wourldn't work...

In an ideal world PalmOne will make a Treo that has mp3 and WiFi that will work with Verizon so I can have just one device, but Verizon only supports the crappy Kyrocera palmphone which sucks.

anyway, Anyone know about the PlanPlus and Sony PDA's????
TIA.

PS -

This isn't a WTB thread, so don't tell me its in the wrong forum. I'm asking about PDA features and if anyone knows about Franklin PlanPlus software, Sony Clie's and the features I mention.

Thanks, just wanted to be clear.

Bonk...

I'd be fine with a 256MB or 512MB memory stick. I don't have to have my entire music collection in my pocket. I'm happy to have 50 to 100 songs and swap them from time to time.

Its prefferable to carrying around an additional expensive device that I could potentially forget at some restaraunt.
