My friend was being hit by a worm on his cable internet connection, so I removed the worm and installed Norton Internet Security 2003 for him and he has been running great for about 3 months now. All of a sudden last night he is getting "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" on every web page he goes to. He spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they discovered it is Norton that is doing it. If he disables Norton IS, he can browse fine, but gets attacked with a worm within a few minutes. What can I do to get him back up and running and still be protected? Would simply uninstalling and reinstalling Norton IS fix it? Thanks for any help!
