Help! Overlay video would not show

Hi,

I have eVGA GeForce 7950 card and XP SP2 OS. My videos were just fine until I tried to enable TV output. Once in dual-monitor mode I can no longer see any overlay video neither on Primary, nor on Secondary displays. All I see is black screen where video should be playing.
I tried to set up clone mode and extended display with no difference. Fullscreen video also did not help. I even tried to revert to the single monitor but still can only see black.

Seems a resolution/refresh issue, but I'd start by updating drivers (or potentially rolling back, I wish I knew NVidia better to recommend a build).

I did upgrade the driver once I ran out of other ideas but it did not solve the problem. I remember reading somewhere about overlay video not displayed on secondary monitors for copyprotection reasons or something but in this case I can not see it on either monitor, nor TV screens and no matter how I try to twist multidisplay configuration in NVidia console, nothing helps.

I was hoping somebody here saw similar problem and found their way out.
