help overclockin green core Tbird

My friend has a green core tbird that was bought like in august. So yea...its pretty old. Anyways he got an FOP38 and cant get it past 850. We tried almost everything we can think of. We bumbed up the voltage and the i/o voltage. Still nothing. Can the chip just not handle anything above 850? He has the A7V and some mushkin ram. Please help us out.
 
Could be the chip. I tried OCing my roommate's green TBird 700 week 24 (unlocked) on my A7V and couldn't get much past 800. Also Mushkin RAM but with an Alpha PAL6035. ANy more specific info on your chip though?
