Help overclock my computer!

Hi guys, i've never really over clocked a computer before. anyone recommend any settings for my computer?
i have:

Cpu: amd 2500
Ram: crucial 2100mhz 256 mb x2
Mobo: ECS k7vta3 version 8
Heatsink/fan: thermalright silent boost
Graphics card: radeon 8500 64mb
Power supply: allied 450w switching

first of all, you're goign to need better ram...

if it's a 2500+ barton, then the processor runs on a 166 mhz bus and pc2100 = 133

unless you can overclock that ram then i'd upgrade your ram ... and possibly your baord as well...

dunno what sort of o/c-ing options come with the ECS board
 
Your board has no overclocking options in the bios. All you can do is be sure your jumper is set at 166 fsb and 133 in the bios for your ddram.
 
the box of the mobo said it has overclocking capabilties... hmm i'll go look this up in a mobo forum.
