Hi all, I have WinMe on my Cel/BX/196MB ram...etc box. I use this system for MP3/game..etc. I am very happy w/ WinME so far. But the problem is I find the OS is MUCH slower than before and it can't shut down(whenever I shut down the system, it RESTART).
Any help will be appreciated.
