Help on unpaid item dispute on ebay

Does anybody know what to do after it says you are eliible for FVF credit on a unpaid item dispute? Its not really giving me any options. It just says waiting for the other party to respond, and the other party is not going to respond.

I think after you file the "Unpaid Bid" thing you have to wait for 7 days to see if the other party will respond.

If they dont respond you dont have to pay for the listing and they get a non payment strike on their record

It should automatically show up as a credit on your billing statement soon. If not, email Ebay.

I used to be a Gold Powerseller , so I had a super secret 800 number. Wouldnt work for anyone elses ID though. 🙁

How long do they get to respond? Will I have like a positive balance in my account?
