Help on speaker placement

My room is 13x21
My couch will be against the back wall of the 30' wall.
Now this wouldn't be a problem but my couch won't be centered in the room. It will be centered with the TV however.
It will be about 7' to center from the left wall and 14' to center from the right wall.
Now a 5.1 system wouldn't be a problem. But I think I want to go 7.1

Obviously the rears and fronts and center will be fine, but I am not sure about the L and R unless I hang them from the ceiling

Any ideas?

Its not that complicated , its a rectangle with the couch off center.
