Its on a lot of the rap/hip hop stations. In the song there is some guys with really thick jamacan'ish accents. I cant really understand what in gods name they are saying but they say some sh!t really fast and then they pause and then they say something that sounds like "Ku-low". Its a very common song. Please help me id it!
