Help on SB LIVE Platinum 5.1 and ADA880

Hi,
Can the SB Live 5.1 Platinum work with the Altec Lansing ADA880 (4 speakers and 1 sub)? I when I do a test, I can only hear the front left and right speakers. I can't hear the left and right rear speakers.

If this cannot be resolved, what speakers would you recommend? Because I want to play my games in SURROUND!!

Did you set your speaker settings? Maybe it's still in 2 speaker mode or earphones mode.
