help on recharging mio320 in a car

I recently have been using my Mio 320 to travel with in the SF bay area. However, I found it very fustrating when i need to recharge the unit in my car charge, it shut down whatever it's doing and goes into charging mode. It show a screen with a computer like the mio was connect to a computer or just charging. This is also annoying for instance If I plan to watch a movie on it and it needs to re-charge. Have anyone seen or experience this kind of issue? Is there a fix for this?

Probably because it uses the car charger adapter and acts as if its being powered by the computers USB.

i call mio tech support and they said i was using 3rd party car charger. I will try tonight on mio car charger to see what happen.
