Hi all.
Well, the MSI Pro 2 is cooking along at 750 w/ no voltage change (it is a 650, will go higher later). All is well in Device managers...no conflicts. I installed the via drivers...and then the sound driver, just as the book said. Then I went back into the bios, and enabled all I could find to do with sound. STILL NO SOUND.
Oddly, in windows setup I uninstalled all to do with multimedia, and then reinstalled, rebooted ...and I still have no sound, but also NO volume control (was not there before either) on my taskbar, and when I pull up sounds in the control panel section, the sound files are all there, but will not function. Please, what am I missing?
